HOMAIR HOLIDAYS INFORMS YOU OF THE MEASURES TAKEN IN OUR CAMP SITES IN RELATION TO COVID-19

We are ready for your upcoming holiday!

Anxious to you receive in the best of conditions, we have already foreseen and anticipated a good number of provisions.

In all our locations, please be assured that we will scrupulously apply the instructions and recommendations of the local public powers. We have also developed our own procedures with the help of infectious disease doctors in order for you and our employees to be protected. The safety and the well-being of our guests has always been our top priority.

See the first steps of our Prevention plan in this video. These measures are simple but rigorous. It is likely they will evolve to ensure you an optimal level of comfort and safety in light of the information and guidance that we receive from the health authorities.

Our prevention plan in detail

In connection with a practice of medical specialists in management of risks health, we have designed a Covid-19 Prevention plan, grouping rules adapted to each of our areas. We request that you be attentive to these exceptional measures.

This prevention plan does not concern all the campsites offered on Homair. For some campsites, the operator will set up equivalent rules without them being 100% the same. The operator representing the authority of the campsite will be responsible for adapting the rules to comply with governmental decisions of the country concerned and the context of the moment. Please find here more information about the conditions under which our facilities are available country by country.

Here are the major prevention principles that we have defined on our campsites:

At reception
  • To limit contact, consider the Check-in,
  • Follow the instructions displayed and / or given by the staff,
  • Upon arrival, come to reception alone and bring your own pen,
  • Your file and your keys will be given to you without contact,
  • Use the hygiene measures placed at your disposal (gel, wipes...),
  • Our staff will wear a mask and disinfect the counter after each passage,
  • All loan equipment (petanque balls, tennis racquets, mini-golf clubs, etc...), will be disinfected after each use.
In your mobile home
  • Hospital grade disinfection for frequent contact points (e.g. door and window handles, remote controls, taps, bathroom fittings, etc...),
  • Extended ventilation between each stay and reinforced cleaning (if necessary, ask for an extra cleaning kit),
  • Provision of a disposable mattress cover kit The rented linen kits must be delivered dry,
  • For your departure, depending on the campsite, there is no need to make an appointment for the inventory, you leave the keys in the mobile home and you leave, OR the inventory will be "contactless",
  • All persons working in your mobile home will wear a mask, appropriate equipment, and use hydroalcoholic gel before entering, and they will work when no one else is in the accommodation.
In collective toilets
  • Follow the instructions displayed and / or given by the staff,
  • Full cleaning is carried out at least twice a day by maintenance workers who will wear a mask,
  • During the cleaning, the toilet facilities will be completely empty,
  • Every 2 hours, the frequent contact points will be disinfected using a hospital grade product,
  • When you enter, use the hydroalcoholic gel available to you, Avoid touching walls and panels,
  • Wherever possible, use them during the less busy times, When exiting, leave the doors open to encourage ventilation.
Indoors / Outdoor pools
  • Follow the instructions displayed and / or given by the staff,
  • When you enter, use the hydroalcoholic gel available to you,
  • Keep your distance around the pools, when swimming and on the slides,
  • Wipes will be available to clean your deckchairs, take care of their spacing,
  • Every 2 hours, the frequent contact points will be disinfected using a hospital grade product.
In children's clubs
  • Follow the instructions displayed and / or given by the staff,
  • Use the hydroalcoholic gel available to wash your hands and those of the children,
  • Schedules will be arranged to take or pick up the children, Children will be a maximum of 15 per group,
  • "Contactless" outdoor activities will be chosen, Furniture and equipment will be disinfected after each use,
  • Every 2 hours, the frequent contact points will be disinfected using a hospital grade product,
  • To minimise contact, your child should be dressed simply (e.g. avoid laces and buttons),
On playgrounds
  • Follow the instructions displayed and / or given by the staff,
  • We remind you that these areas are reserved for children and are at the responsibility of the parents,
  • Use the hydroalcoholic gel available to wash your hands and those of the children,
  • Be sure to maintain a reasonable distance, The wearing of masks is recommended for children over 6 years of age,
At restaurants / bars
  • Follow the instructions displayed and / or given by the staff,
  • As much as possible, opt for place your orders by phone,
  • On site, use the hydroalcoholic gel available to you,
  • Please keep your distance from our restaurant staff and other customers,
  • The premises will be regularly ventilated,
  • Every 2 hours, the frequent contact points will be disinfected using a hospital grade product.
In food shops
  • Follow the instructions displayed and / or given by the staff,
  • When you enter, use the hydroalcoholic gel available to you,
  • Bring your own shopping bag,
  • Purchase of bread will be contactless: ask for your bread at the cash desk and open your shopping bag so that the staff can pop the bread inside,
  • Choose a contactless payment method (bank card),
  • Every 2 hours, the frequent contact points will be disinfected using a hospital grade product.
