FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite

Arrivals are between 3 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please contact the Homair Vacances reception desk directly. Visitors may leave from 8 am to 10 am, after the inventory check.

• A deposit will be requested on your arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before the keys to your accommodation are handed to you and it will be refunded at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will be required to pay this on arrival. This tax should be paid directly to our Homair Vacances representative or the reception desk of the campsite.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One pitch is provided per accommodation in the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch).

Your stay on the campsite

• Dogs: Only dogs under 10 kg are allowed on this campsite, on certain dates only. Please remember to bring your pet’s vaccination record and identification disc marked with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Tourist tax adults / day : €0.86 / day / pers.
• Houshold waste tax : €0.84 / day / pers.
