Dear customers,
The coronavirus has shaken up all of our lives. The outbreak is on a major scale and all of the Homair Vacances team would like to assure you of our full commitment. From the very beginning, our priority has been to ensure our teams as well as our customers are safe and we want to be able to welcome everybody to our campsites in the best possible conditions.
In this regard, and due to recent government measures which require certain businesses to close in April, together with movement restrictions that are impacting our logistics, certain campsites are unfortunately no longer able to open on the date that was scheduled before the epidemic began.
In the light of these exceptional circumstances, Homair Vacances has implemented the following measures concerning the terms and procedures for cancelling your booking and postponing your holiday.
Following the French government decree on the 25th of March 2020 under the "emergency law no. 2020-290 of the 23rd of March, 2020", Homair Vacances has taken certain measures to provide compensation for money received by Homair Vacances for holidays which could not or will not be able to take place, beginning from the 1st March 2020 and up to the 15th September 2020, due to the delay in campsite opening dates.
The measures are as follows:

Other than in the special cases listed below, the voucher’s value will be equal to all of the sums paid to Homair Vacances.
This corresponds to the amounts paid for the following services:
All customers to whom a voucher applies will be contacted individually by email and/or text message and/or phone.
Therefore we would like to ask all of our customers to make sure that their contact details are up to date in their customer account.
For all customers concerned, the vouchers will be credited to their Homair Vacances customer account.

If you have already paid the full amount due for your holiday, Homair Vacances will issue a voucher equal to the sum paid for the services that are covered
