Your holiday is only a few days away, and with it the problem of how to cram everything into your suitcases, and the things that you can't afford to forget. No need to load yourself down when you holiday with Homair!

No more last-minute packing stress or overloaded cars… On this page, you’ll find practical tips, on-site services, and everything you need to feel right at home from the moment you arrive. All you have to do is enjoy a carefree holiday!

Checklist for a stress-free stay:

Documents to bring: exchange voucher, ID papers, and passports.
Clothing: swimsuit, sunscreen, comfortable clothes and shoes… adjust according to the forecast.
Household linen: sheets and towels (or choose the rental option)
Practical items: sunscreen, beach towels, chargers, water bottles…
Practical information: campsite address, campsite reception number, nearby tourist attractions.
Baby accessories (if applicable): high chair, bath, bed... And why not hire a free baby kit to make your stay easier?
Dog accessories (if applicable): health record and comfort items (bed, toys, food).
Reminder: don’t forget board games, inflatable rings, or books for your relaxing moments.

Now that you've got the basics down, let's look at the important details to prepare before you leave.

Don't forget your essential documents

Make sure you have your exchange voucher, as well as your identity papers or passport (if you are going abroad). Everything is in place to ensure your arrival goes as smoothly as possible!

If you're travelling with your four-legged friend*, don't forget their up-to-date health and vaccination record. Make sure they’re going to be comfortable: bed, toys, bowls, and of course, food.

*Some campsites may have restrictions or may not accept pets. Please consult the specific information for your destination.

Don't forget to check in online

To save time and avoid queues, complete your check-in formalities before you arrive. It's quick and easy! Go to your customer area and enter the required information. You can also subscribe to extra services (Wi-Fi, hire of sheets or baby kits, etc.) and pay your tourist tax, where necessary.

Your key will be ready when you arrive, and your check-in formalities will be kept to a minimum!

It's easy to get to your campsite

When you receive your exchange voucher, you will find the address of your campsite. You can also find this information on your campsite’s page, in the “Practical Information” section.

Get ready for your arrival and departure with complete peace of mind

Arrival: between 4 pm and 7 pm.

If you arrive after 7 pm (only in case of delay), please inform your Homair contacts. Their telephone number is shown on the voucher.

Departure: between 8 am and 10 am

Travel light with our rentals and services

Travelling with a young child? Consider renting baby equipment!

To make your stay even easier, we offer free loan of a baby kit, including a high chair, bath and cot. This option is available at most of our campsites. For older children, we also offer bed rails for added safety.

Don't forget your household linen... or opt to hire sheets!

Bed linen and towels are not provided in our accommodation, except for Ultimate and Exclusive Pack accommodation. To avoid overloading your luggage, we offer a sheet rental service on site, available when you make your booking:

Double bed linen and bath towels: €34
Single bed linen and bath towel: €22

*Not all campsites offer this service. Prices are subject to change during the season and may vary depending on the campsite.

Tip: some campsites offer disposable sheet sets that can be purchased on site. Please check this when you book.

Check your rental's inventory so that you only leave with the essentials

Our mobile homes are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. To avoid unnecessary packing, here is an overview of the inventory you will find on site:

Complete crockery set
Kitchen utensils
Beds made up (depending on the type of rental)
Television (in Premium and Ultimate ranges)
Air conditioning (depending on range)

So you only have to pack the bare minimum and have more room in your car, please see the inventory* below.
