FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch).

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your name and phone number. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on the campsite. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Only 1 dog allowed per accommodation, and only in the Classic and Comfort ranges.

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Flat-rate contribution to the payment of tourist taxes
  • Flat-rate tourist taxes : €2 / night
  • Eco-participation: €1.48 / night
