FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: Only one car is allowed. One parking place is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself). A deposit of 20 euros will be required per vehicle for one barrier key. If there is a second vehicle, payment for a second barrier key will be required. The second vehicle may park in the campsite car park.
• Magnetic card : A deposit can be asked on arrival for a magnetic card which allows you to leave and enter the campsite. In this case a fee has to be paid in € on your arrival.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times.
• Gas barbecue rental. Electric and charcoal barbecues are not permitted in the camping resort.
