Frequently asked questions about camping Vilanova Park
Where can I park my car on the campsite?
Only one vehicle is allowed on the campsite. Any additional cars must be parked in the car park.
Some pitches allow you to park your vehicle. If this is not the case, a car park will be available near your accommodation.
Do I have to pay a tourist tax during my holiday at the campsite?
Tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it when you book online or once you arrive at the site.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances - Eurocamp reception (our group's brands).
Do I need to pay a security deposit for my stay at the campsite?
Yes, a security deposit will be required upon your online check-in or once you arrive on-site.
What identity documents do I need to bring with me when travelling?
Even though you can cross the borders of most countries neighbouring France without having to show your identity documents (except in Croatia, where checks are systematic), you may be subject to checks (police checks in the country, for example). Each person travelling with you must therefore carry a valid national identity card (CNI) or passport to prove their identity. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.
What are the procedures in case of late arrival?
In the event of late arrival (after midnight), you will not be able to enter the campsite with your vehicle. You will need to park in the external car park and then walk to your accommodation or take a golf buggy (golf buggy transfer is available at an additional cost of approximately £20).
Is the campsite easily accessible on foot, with a stroller, or in a wheelchair?
Spacious campsite: due to the large size of the campsite, services and entertainment may be some distance from certain pitches. Travel within the site is mainly on foot or by vehicle (bicycle, golf cart, etc.).
Do I have to pay other fees during my stay at the campsite?
At this campsite, an eco-contribution is requested to finance part of the campsite's sustainable development initiatives. You will therefore need to pay this when you register online or once you arrive on site.
