FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Arrivals are between 16:00 and 19:00. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception. In the event of a late arrival (after midnight), you will not be able to enter the campsite with your vehicle. You will need to park it in the outdoor car park and then walk or take a golf cart to your accommodation (the golf cart transfer is at an additional cost of around €20). Departures are after the inventory from 8 am to 10 am. Please note that there are no arrivals or departures on Tuesdays.

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before you are given the keys to your accommodation, and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• The tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it on arrival. This tax will be payable directly to our Homair Vacances representative or at the campsite reception.
• Only one car is permitted on all of our campsites. There is one parking space per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch).
• Even if you can cross the borders of most of France's neighbouring countries without having to show your identity papers, you may be subject to checks (police checks in the country, for example). Each person on your trip must therefore carry a valid national identity card (CNI) or a valid passport to prove your identity. A driving licence is not accepted as proof of identity.
