Digital Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Homair is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005. To this end, we are implementing the strategy and actions outlined in our multi-year accessibility plan (currently being developed). This accessibility statement applies to the homair.com website.

Compliance Status

The homair.com website is partially compliant with the French General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA). Nonconformities and exceptions are listed below.

  • 39 criteria do not apply.

Inaccessible content

The content listed below is not available for the following reasons:

Nonconformities

The audit revealed a total of 151 issues (34 general and 117 specific), including 2 critical issues. The main non-compliance issues relate to:

  • Keyboard Navigation and Focus : Some elements (modal windows, carousels, image buttons) have an invisible focus indicator or an inconsistent tab order. Some hidden content receives keyboard focus, while some additional content that appears on hover is not accessible via the keyboard.
  • Alternative Text : Several images that convey information (search icons, star ratings, image buttons) lack relevant alternative text or have inappropriate alternative text. Conversely, purely decorative images are read unnecessarily by screen readers.
  • Contrast: : The contrast between the colour of the text or interface components (such as focus indicators or tabs) and their background is not always high enough.
  • Structure and Markup : The home page does not contain the H1 tag. The heading hierarchy is not always followed (heading levels are sometimes skipped), data tables are not semantically defined, and some lists lack proper markup.
  • Forms : Form fields rely solely on placeholders (which disappear when text is entered) instead of visible, properly associated labels
  • Assistive Technologies : Certain dynamic status changes, loading messages, and chatbot responses are not announced verbally to screen reader users. Iframes and modal windows also lack titles or semantically defined dialog roles.
  • Content adaptation : Content is cut off or overlaps when the text is zoomed to 200% or when viewed on a small screen (320x256 pixels).
