Between the Mediterranean and the mountains, the Catalan coast offers you its magnificent fine sand beaches and magical coves, right on the doorstep of the campsite. Set off to discover its charming little harbours, local gastronomy, and the region's renowned vineyards.
On the nature side, campsite La Sardane is an excellent starting point for discovering the majestic Albères Massif, as well as the fauna and flora found in the numerous coastal nature reserves (such as the incredible "underwater trail" in the Cerbère-Banyuls Marine Reserve).
Blue Flag : The beaches and harbour of Argelès-sur-Mer hold the Blue Flag label. Created in 1985 and awarded in 46 countries, the Blue Flag is given to municipalities, marinas, or beaches that make significant efforts towards the environment, particularly regarding awareness policies, territory prevention, and waste and water management.
Argelès-sur-Mer, Collioure, Port-Vendres, Banyuls-sur-Mer, and Cerbère are all Natura 2000 classified sites: they are well worth a visit. Just 6 km from the campsite, let yourself be charmed by Collioure, a true town of painters with its Royal Castle and famous church tower. Continuing along the road, you will reach the lively fishing port of Port-Vendres at 9 km, famous for its fresh fish arrivals, then the terraced vineyards of Banyuls-sur-Mer at 14 km, famous for their historic cellars. Your journey along the rocky coast can end at 24 km in Cerbère, the ultimate stop before Spain.
For family outings with children, the region overflows with options less than 15 km away: Aqualand Saint-Cyprien for a day of giant waterslides, or the Fantassia theme park for a magical escape—perfect for a change of pace between two days at the beach. For those wishing to go further, you can reach the Spanish border in 40 minutes, or Barcelona in 2 hours 15 minutes by car.
Finally, for an outing that will amaze the whole family, the superb Sigean African Reserve and its 3,800 animals await you 80 km away.

Only one vehicle is allowed on the campsite. Any additional cars must be parked in the car park.
