Activities near the campsite
Are you worried about missing out on the region's top attractions? Here's our list of just some of the things to see and do in Brittany.
The campsite is only 700 metres from the beach. You can enjoy walks along the Côte d’Armor and recharge your batteries on the beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see.
We also highly recommend spending a day out in Saint Malo. This city, which was once a stronghold for corsairs and pirates, is full of history and places to visit: the Romano-Gothic cathedral (with stained-glass windows that tell the story of the city), the 18th century Demeure de Corsaire (or privateer's house), the Fort National and the château of the Cavaliers de Champs-Vauvert. The city's ramparts offer an uninterrupted view of the emerald-coloured sea as well as a chance to see the impressive tides of northern France.
A tour of the town of Dinan, 20 km from the campsite, can help you improve your knowledge of French culture as you consider this traditional Breton town and its legendary half-timbered houses. While you're in the town, you can also visit the mediaeval Donjon de Castillo, the Château de la Conninais, The basilica of Saint-Sauveur or take a walk along the mediaeval Rue Jerzual.
