FAQ

Your Booking

Mobile homes are available from 4pm to 7pm and bare pitches from 2pm. When you arrive, please go directly to the campsite reception.
Departures are from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for mobile homes and until 12 p.m. for bare pitches.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. At this campsite, it is included in your holiday package.
  Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite.

Important: the gate is opened by reading your badge. This will be given to you when you arrive at the campsite.

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and a tag with your address on it. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
