FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite

Arrivals are between 5 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please contact the reception desk directly.
Visitors may leave from 8 am to 10 am, after completing the inventory.

• A security deposit will be requested on your arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before the keys to your accommodation are handed to you and it will be refunded at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite. Motorbikes are permitted on the campsite.
• Gates: work with the number plate reading system. Remember to quote your number plate when booking. The gates are closed from 11pm to 7am.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times.

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
