Competitions: booking conditions for winning stays

Congratulations! You have won a Homair Vacances holiday in a TV, radio or social media competition. Before you pack your bags, let's cover the practical details. Happy reading, and have a great trip!

The prize you have won allows you to book a holiday under specific conditions. Some of these conditions are detailed in the rules of the prize draw ("Rules") in which you took part and/or in the communications sent to you ("Communications"). These conditions are supplemented by the conditions below.

1. Validity of your prize

As a general rule, the Rules and/or Communications indicate the validity (or expiry) date of your prize. This expiry date represents the deadline for booking your holiday. If no date is clearly indicated in the Rules and/or Communications, then the expiry date refers to the deadline by which the holiday must be completed.

2. Features of the stay

Booking your stay is subject to availability and to certain conditions, which are generally detailed in the Rules and/or Communications. Example conditions:

  • the period during which the stay is to take place (please note that bookings that include a public holiday are not permitted),
  • the length of your stay,
  • the maximum number of people,
  • the type and range of accommodation.

 

3. Bookable campsites

It is possible to book a stay within the limits of the stocks allocated to the prize draws.

If the Rules and/or the Communications specify a selection of campsites, the booking must be made at one of the campsites mentioned, subject to availability on the day of booking.

By default, bookings must be made at one of the campsites listed below, subject to availability on the day of booking.

4. Other limitations linked to local events

In addition to the booking periods specified in the Rules and/or Communications, certain restrictions apply due to local events that may limit the availability of certain campsites.

Homair Vacances reserves the right to modify the list of events below. The following list is therefore not exhaustive :

  • Aluna Festival from 25 to 27 June 2026 > campsite excluded: LAGORCE – Le Domaine de Chaussy
  • Les Déferlantes from 11 to 13 July 2026 > campsites excluded: LE BARCARÈS – La Presqu'Île du Barcarès, TORREILLES – Les Dunes, TORREILLES PLAGE – La Palmeraie
  • Show Bike from 26 to 28 June 2026 > VENDAYS-MONTALIVET – Atlantic Club Montalivet

 

5. Booking conditions

Only the winner has the right to book a stay.
The stay must be booked in a single act for consecutive nights (it is not possible to book a stay for 2 separate periods).
Reservations can only be made by calling +33 (0)4 84 39 08 50.
The winner will be required to provide all information requested by Homair Vacances and presentation of ID may be asked.
At the time of booking, the winner acknowledges that he has read and accepted Homair Vacances' General Terms and Conditions for Rental.
During the stay, the winner undertakes to follow the campsite rules, and to make sure that they also are followed by the people staying with him as well as to any visitor under his responsibility. In the event of non-compliance with the campsite rules, the company's representatives on the campsite and/or the representatives of the campsite have the authority to enforce these rules and apply all necessary sanctions such as, for example:

  • immediate expulsion from the campsite (after a warning or immediately, depending on the seriousness of the infringement and without the winner having any right to request a refund or compensation),
  • automatic cancellation or refusal, without compensation, of any future reservation by the aforementioned winner and/or their companions in one of the campsites offered by the brands of ECG.

 

The winner is informed that failure to comply with some of the campsite rules could result in civil and/or criminal liability.

6. Transfer, cancellation and reimbursement

The stay won may not be transferred, passed on, sold or profited from in any way whatsoever.
In the event that the prize indicates the value of a stay, the winner may not claim any reimbursement of the difference between the amount won and the actual amount of the booking.
In the event of cancellation of the stay won by the winner, they will not be entitled to any payment, exchange or refund, in full or in part, of the stay won.
In the event of cancellation of another stay, the winner will be subject to the cancellation conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions for Rental .
