FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 3 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist taxes: Theses taxes are payable at almost all tourist destinations. You will need to pay them on arrival. The taxes are to be paid to the Homair correspondant or directly at the campsite reception desk. The tourist tax due is from 12 years onwards and for a maximum of 7 nights (for stays over 7 days, it is not due from the 8th day, only the first 7 days)
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites. A parking place is provided on the accommodation site.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are authorised as an alternative to cars, with only one vehicle authorised per accommodation.
• Additional vehicle: If there is an additional vehicle, it must be parked outside the campsite.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times. 5€/day.

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Tourist tax adults / day : €1.2 / day / pers.
