FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

• Arrivals are between 3 pm and 7 pm. On your arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception.
• Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.
• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before you receive the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• The tourist tax is established in almost all tourist sites. You will therefore have to pay it on arrival. This tax must be paid directly to our correspondent Homair Vacances or at the campsite reception.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).

Important: To prepare your access, as part of the security policy applied by the campsite, please provide us with your vehicle registration number at the time of booking. There is an optical number plate reader at the site entrance and if you do not provide this information before your arrival, you will be refused access to the campsite.
