RULES OF THE "GRAND JEU CONCOURS 2026"

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME, PARTICIPANTS EXPRESSLY AND UNRESERVEDLY ACCEPT THESE RULES. IF THEY DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THESE RULES, WE ASK THEM NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME.

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER

HOMAIR VACANCES (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company"), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 459 086 874,00 euros, having its registered office at 570 Avenue du Club Hippique 13097 Aix-en-Provence Cedex 2, registered with the Aix-en-Provence RCS under number 484 881 917 and represented by its CEO, Mr Quentin Schaepelynck, acting in the name and on behalf of its affiliates involved in the prize draw, is in charge of organizing a prize draw with no obligation to purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") according to the terms described in these rules.

ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
 

Participation in the Game implies the unreserved acceptance of these rules by each participant, defined as any person meeting the conditions for participation and deciding to register and participate in the Game (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant(s)"). If Participants do not wish to accept these rules, they are asked not to participate in the Game. Any offender to one or more articles of these rules will be deprived of the possibility of participating in the Game, but also of the prize they might eventually have won.
The Game and these rules are available in French and English.
Participation in the "Grand Jeu Concours 2026" implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these rules in all their provisions, of the rules of ethics in force on the Internet (netiquette, charter of good conduct, etc.) as well as the laws and regulations applicable in France, particularly regarding image rights and the transfer of copyrights on photographs.

ARTICLE 3- PRINCIPLE OF THE GAME

The Game takes place from April 4, 2026, to September 30, 2026, included. Participation in the Game is possible until September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The Organizing Company reserves the right to extend the participation period and to postpone the date for determining the winner. During the duration of the Game, Participants must register by completing the necessary contact details on the form and during the participation period. By scanning the QR code and filling in all the mandatory fields of the form, Participants are registered for the selection of the winner (subject to compliance with all conditions).


ARTICLE 4 – Conditions of participation


4.1.1 Participation in the game is open to any natural person of legal age having its residence in Europe and fulfilling the following cumulative conditions:

1- Each Participant must have personal access to the Internet on the start date of the Game as well as a valid email address at the time of the prize award, through which they can, if necessary, be contacted for the purposes of managing the Game.
Each participant must be free from any contractual or other commitment opposing, in any way and for any reason whatsoever, their participation in the Game.

2- Each Participant must have validated their participation, in particular by sending the contact details necessary for the proper organization of the Game via the dedicated participation form integrated on the Organizing Company's website (https://www.homair.com).

2.1.2 Any person who collaborated in the organization and realization of the Game, as well as members of their respective direct families (spouses, ancestors, descendants, brothers, and sisters), staff members of the Organizing Company, or companies belonging to the same group as the Organizing Company, are not authorized to participate in the Game. 

2.1.3 Participation in the Game is strictly limited to one (1) participation per person during the total duration of the Game. Participation in the Game is strictly personal and the Participant is not authorized to participate under different alias and/or email addresses, regardless of how many email addresses the Participant has, or to participate for third parties. All information communicated to the Organizing Company may not be transmitted to third parties except for transmission to technical service providers and service providers ensuring the sending or delivery of prizes. 
2.2 Validity of participation 

2.2.1 Participation in the Game is without obligation to purchase.
Participation in the Game is automatic once the Participant has filled in all the necessary contact details on the form. The recording of participations is made continuously throughout the duration of the Game, and the recording time of the participation on the website dedicated to the Game shall prevail.
It is agreed that the data contained in the Organizing Company's information systems have probative force regarding the connection elements.

2.2.2 Any inaccurate or incomplete registration cannot be taken into account and will result in the nullity of the participation. In particular, participations whose contact details are inaccurate or incomplete, those that do not comply with the provisions of these rules, those that do not respect all the aforementioned and cumulative conditions, and those sent after September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM, will not be considered. The Organizing Company reserves the right to immediately and discretionarily cancel any participation in the Game that does not comply with the Game rules, including: 
- Any incomplete, invalid, or cancelled registration via the dedicated website; 
- Any registration not complying with the conditions of participation.


ARTICLE 5 - PRINCIPLE AND MODALITIES OF THE GAME – DETERMINATION OF WINNER


5.1 The terms of the Game are valid for its entire duration, from 04/04/2026 at 00:00 AM to 30/09/2026 at 11:59 PM.

5.2 To participate in the Game and be eligible to win the prizes involved, in addition to the conditions defined in Article 4 above, each Participant must respect the following participation conditions:
1) Be a natural person of legal age;
2) Have filled in the necessary contact details; 
3) Read and accept the Game rules without reservation.

5.3 One (1) Participant will be elected winner in October 2026 and will be declared "Winner" of the Game by a draw carried out on October 9, 2026.

5.4 LThe determination of the Winner will be validated on October 9, 2026, at the headquarters of the Organizing Company located at 570 Avenue du Club Hippique 13097 Aix-en-Provence Cedex 2 | France, under the control of the dedicated marketing teams of the ECG group to which the Organizing Company belongs. In the event of the Organizing Company being unable to determine the Winner on the day provided for herein, it will be postponed to a later date without its liability being engaged in this regard.
Company reserves the right, depending on the availability of the organizing members, to modify the date or time of the determination of the Winner. The final selection of the Winner is at the sole discretion of the Organizing Company. The Organizing Company will not be required toward the Participants to provide any motivation or justification for its choice, and this choice may in no case be the subject of a complaint or request for explanation of any kind.

5.5 If a Participant cannot be declared Winner regarding the applicable criteria, or has not complied with these Game rules, a new Participant may be declared Winner under the same conditions.The draw for one (1) Winner may be conducted as many times as necessary should the selected Participant fail to meet the criteria to be declared Winner.

ARTICLE 6 – RESPECT FOR THE INTEGRITY OF THE GAME

Participants are prohibited from implementing or seeking to implement any participation process that is not strictly in accordance with the principles of the Game and these rules. The Organizing Company also reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who alters the functioning of the Game or the site, or who violates the rules of the Game. The Organizing Company reserves the right to prosecute anyone who attempts to defraud or block the smooth running of this Game.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any verification regarding compliance with this article as well as all the rules of the Game, in particular to exclude any Participant who has committed any abuse or attempted fraud, without however being obliged to carry out a systematic verification of all participations received, but possibly limiting this verification to the participations of potential winners. The Organizing Company reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel this Game due to events beyond its control. If, for any reason whatsoever, this Game should not run as planned due, for example, to a computer virus, a bug, an intervention, or an external and unauthorized intrusion on the computer system, fraud, including the use of a robot allowing the number of participations in the Game to be multiplied or its result modified, or a technical failure, or any other reason beyond the control of the Organizing Company and corrupting or affecting the management, security, fairness, proper conduct of the Game, the Organizing Company then reserves the discretionary right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Game, or to end it without delay, without Participants being able to seek its liability as a result.
The Organizing Company may decide to cancel the game if it appears that manifest fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, particularly electronically, in the context of participation in the Game or the determination of the Winner.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIZES

7.1 Prize for the Winner of the "Grand Jeu Concours 2026" Game.
Prize for the Winner of the "Grand Jeu Concours 2026" Game.
- One (1) stay in a "CLASSIC or COMFORT" mobile home for a stay booking of 2 nights to one week (7 nights) maximum, in a "CLASSIC or COMFORT 2 Bed. 4/6 Pers." or "CLASSIC or COMFORT 3 Bed. 6 Pers." accommodation and only by telephone at 04 84 39 08 50 valid until October 31, 2027, excluding High Season periods from 03/07/2027 to 28/08/2027, public holidays and specific events, within the limit of the stocks allocated for this purpose and on a selection of campsites available on the day of booking (lists available and updated during the season at https://www.homair.com/en/conditions-for-booking-winning-stays
Access to "3 Bed. 6 Pers." mobile homes is exclusively reserved for bookings with a minimum of 5 occupants and within the limit of stocks allocated for this purpose. Ancillary services, administrative fees, food costs, transport, tourist taxes, insurance, as well as all other costs incurred during the stay, including mandatory deposits and costs related to paid options, activities, entertainment, are not included and must be paid at the time of booking and/or at the campsite. In the absence of availability in the chosen campsite, on the type of accommodation mentioned above, and/or on the desired dates, new proposals may be made by the Organizing Company to the Winner. The gift voucher cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to a third party, reimbursed, or allow for any financial compensation or any other subsequent, additional, and/or equivalent payment for any reason whatsoever, including the expiration of the validity date, the non-availability of the desired stay, or the cancellation of the reserved stay. The prize applies to the price and rate applicable on the day of the booking.

7.2 No modification of the conditions of the won prize indicated in Article 7.1 of these rules will be accepted by the Organizing Company. When booking the stay on the site, the Winner may not claim any payment, exchange, or refund, total or partial:

  • of the amount higher than that provided for in its booking or the promo code;
  • of the amount of another stay whose booking number is different compared to the one indicated in the participation form;
  • of the difference between the amount of the prize and the amount of the stay actually booked on the Organizing Company's website.


7.3 The prize will be made available to the Winner and to him alone according to the information provided in the participation form that allowed registration for the Game. Presentation of an identity document may be requested from the Winner. The full conditions of the won stay will be communicated by the Organizing Company and will be transmitted to the winner when communicating the prize.

ARTICLE 8 – COMMUNICATION OF RESULTS

8.1 The Winner will be informed of the result by email, at the address indicated in its participation form, on October 9, 2026, or at the latest within ten (10) working days following the determination of the Winner under the conditions provided for herein.
The prize corresponding to a Gift Voucher will be made available to the Winner and to them alone, according to the information provided during their participation in the dedicated form and having allowed automatic registration for the Game. By replying to the email from the Organizing Company, the Winner will then be deemed to have accepted the prize won as described herein.

8.2 If a Winner has indicated an incorrect email address or one that does not correspond to the Winner's contact details, or if for any other reason related to technical problems not allowing the information email to be delivered correctly, and for this reason, they cannot be contacted for their prize to be delivered, the Organizing Company may have to draw a new Winner.
The Winner authorizes the Organizing Company to carry out any verification regarding their identity. The prize not used by the Winner under the conditions provided for in these rules will automatically become the property of the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 9 – CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY OF PRIZES TO THE WINNER

9.1 The prize will be delivered to the Winner of the Game by the Organizing Company at the latest thirty (30) working days after the end of the Game, provided that the Winner has provided all the information necessary for this purpose to the Organizing Company. The Organizing Company will inform the Winner by email of the terms of delivery of the prize. The Winner of a gift voucher is required to fill in the gift voucher in its entirety, otherwise their booking will not be accepted.

9.2 The prize must be accepted as described in these rules of the Game.
It cannot be exchanged or transferred. Each prize is strictly personal and non-transferable. The prizes can in no case be the subject of any dispute or claim from the Winner, nor of an exchange or any other consideration of any kind whatsoever.

9.3 The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of equivalent value, without any claim being made in this regard.

ARTICLE 10 - PERSONAL DATA

10.1 It is reminded that to participate in the Game, Participants must necessarily comply with the aforementioned participation conditions. By filling in the contact details via the form within the participation deadlines for the Game, Participants were informed of their registration for the Game and of the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, email address, opt-in to check, rules to accept. 
The personal data collected are processed for the purposes of organizing the Game, determining the Winner, communicating results, and delivering the prize by the Organizing Company, in its capacity as data controller. Subject to the Participant's consent, they may accept that these data be used for the purposes of communicating commercial offers and/or the newsletter and news from the Organizing Company.
These data are likely to be used by the Organizing Company for commercial purposes and to be the subject of transfers, rentals, or use by third parties if the Participants have consented thereto.
The data collected are subject to computer processing by the Organizing Company and may be transmitted to technical service providers and service providers ensuring the communication, sending, or delivery of the prize. The data collected for purposes that exclusively concern the Game are kept until one (1) month after the selection of the Winner and/or the end of the Game.

10.2 t is understood that by unreservedly accepting these Game rules, the Winner of the prize accepts that its first name, the first letter of its last name, and country of residence be shared, reproduced, and published for informational purposes on all websites and social networks of the Organizing Company and in any advertising manifestation related to the Game, worldwide, free of charge and for a duration of three (3) years from the first dissemination of their contribution (unless express written refusal by the Winner communicated to the Organizing Company).
In this regard, the Winner of the Game authorizes, on an exclusive basis, the Organizing Company, by the mere fact of accepting the prize, to use and share for advertising and promotional purposes, its first name and/or the first letter of its name, on any medium, worldwide, for a duration of three (3) years from the end date of the Game, for all communications concerning the Game, without this use giving rise to any remuneration or additional advantage.

10.3 In accordance with the regulations in force, Participants have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, portability, and definition of the post-mortem fate of their data. For more information on the management of your data and your rights,

ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY

11.1 Liability of the Organizing Company
The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the only obligation of the Organizing Company under the Game is to submit the recorded registrations to the draw, provided that its participation complies with the terms and conditions of the rules of the Game, and to deliver the prize to the Winner, according to the criteria and modalities defined in these rules
The liability of the Organizing Company is thus strictly limited to the delivery of the prize actually and validly won. It is specified that the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind, a suspension, or the end of the Game, and this for any reason whatsoever, or even any direct or indirect damage that would result, in any way, from a connection to the website. It is the responsibility of all Participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any infringement. The connection of any person to the site and participation in the Game is done under their full responsibility.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive, for any technical, hardware, or software failure of any kind, risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network, intrusion attempts, fraud, bugs, and the absence of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation likely to result in failures in the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or management of the Game.
The Organizing Company cannot in particular be declared responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, erasure, loss of any email and, more generally, the loss of any data as a result. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the congestion of the Internet network, the quality of the internet users' equipment, nor the quality of their mode of access which could have repercussions on the delivery time of responses or on the connection time necessary for participation.
Thus, the liability of the Organizing Company cannot be engaged if the participation via the form is not recorded, incomplete, or impossible to verify. By participating in this Game, each Participant accepts and agrees to bear alone, and fully guarantee the Organizing Company, its subsidiaries and parent companies, employees as well as its communication consulting agencies as a result, any damages or losses caused or suffered by the Participant due to participation in this Game or due to the possession of the prize and its use, except in cases provided for by applicable law. In no case can the Organizing Company be held responsible for the time taken to make the prize available or in the event of impossibility for the Winners to benefit from the prize for circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Company.

11.2 Force majeure / reservations
In the event of fraud observed during the course of the Game, or in case of force majeure, exceptional events, or events beyond their control, bugs, the Organizing Company may modify, shorten, extend, postpone, or cancel the Game, without this giving Participants the right to request any consideration. The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any verification it deems useful, relative to compliance with the rules, in particular to exclude any fraudulent participation, i.e., any Participant having made an inaccurate or untruthful declaration or having defrauded.

ARTICLE 12 – REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

Connection costs related to participation are reimbursed based on the real connection time for participation, at the current rate, and upon simple written request to the address:

The number of reimbursement(s) is not limited. Each shipment must include only one reimbursement request for a single and unique Participant (one envelope: one reimbursement request). The corresponding stamp will also be reimbursed (on the basis of the corresponding slow rate in force, for a letter of less than 20 grams) upon express request made at the same time as the request for reimbursement of connection costs. Any request for reimbursement of connection costs must necessarily be accompanied by the Participant's last name, first name, and address, the title of the Game, a Bank Identity Statement (RIB, RIP, or RICE), and a copy of the detailed invoice from the Internet service provider to which they are subscribed and on which the dates and times of participation are highlighted. Any request, to be taken into account, must imperatively arrive in writing no later than 30 days after the close of the Game, postmark shall prevail.
Costs related to photocopies of supporting documents are reimbursed on the basis of 0.15€ per sheet, upon simple request formulated in the request for reimbursement of connection costs. The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer, sent within 60 days of receipt of the request, after verification of the merits of the request and in particular the conformity of the information contained in the reimbursement request letter with the information recorded during participation in the Game. Participants not paying connection costs related to the volume of their communications (holders of a package, cable users, ADSL, etc.) will not be able to obtain a reimbursement.

ARTICLE 13 – DEPOSIT AND CONSULTATION OF THE RULES

en fait la demande avant la clôture du Jeu. A written copy of the rules can be sent free of charge to any person who requests it before the close of the Game. This request must be sent, by mail only, to the following address: HOMAIR VACANCES – "Grand Jeu Concours 2026" 570 Avenue du Club Hippique – Immeuble le Derby - 13097 Aix-en-Provence Cedex 2 | France.
The costs incurred by the Participant to obtain these rules will be reimbursed (stamp reimbursed at the slow rate in force, for a letter of less than 20 grams) upon simple joint written request (necessarily accompanied by the participant's last name, first name and address, the title of the Game, and by attaching an RIB or RIP). Any request concerning the Contest may be addressed:

Any other means of communication, such as telephone communications, cannot be taken into consideration by the organizing company.

ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

14.1 These rules are exclusively subject to French law.

14.2 The Organizing Company shall be solely competent to settle any dispute regarding the application of these rules. The mere participation in the Game implies acceptance, by the Participant, of all of these rules. Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and the determination of the Winners must be formulated in writing to the Organizing Company's headquarters, at the following address:

Any litigious interpretation of these rules as well as all cases not provided for will be decided by a jury of 3 members appointed by the Organizing Company. No contest will be taken into account beyond ten (10) days after the close and end of the Game.

14.3 Any dispute occurring concerning the interpretation of these rules or the execution of the Game that could not be resolved amicably will be submitted to the Competent Court unless mandatory contrary provisions of public order, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or third-party appeals, and even in the event of summary proceedings.
