In accordance with the lockdown easing plans announced at the end of April (and subject to alterations / further rule change announcements), and in order to be able to offer you the best of our facilities and attractions, we have had to adapt our services by implementing enhanced health protection measures.
The following rules will be in place at all sites :
We thank you for your understanding with regard to these restrictions that have been imposed on us and of course, we will be sure to adapt our services as soon as a relaxation of this decree is announced.
We will not be able to allow access to our campsites' water-based features and attractions at the start of this season, despite the implementation of enhanced health protection measures.
Outdoor pools, waterslides, paddling pools and water fun areas are set to open to the public from 19 May 2021.
Indoor pools, paddling pools and covered water fun areas are set to open for limited-capacity use from 9 June 2021 and for full-capacity use from 30 June 2021.
Get set for a cool, refreshing holiday!
As for our open-air leisure spaces, they are ready to welcome you in compliance with health protection rules. The playgrounds, sports fields, ping-pong tables and boules pitches are waiting just for you !
In accordance with the health protection protocol, all of these spaces are disinfected regularly and hand sanitizer is available there.
Depending on the campsite, a programme of fun events and activities for all ages may be on offer.
Our food and dining services are still operating at most of our campsites. Until 19 May 2021, the restaurants, bars and snack bars at our campsites will only be offering a daytime and evening takeaway service. Hand sanitizer is provided for use on site, and both social distancing between groups and the wearing of face masks are compulsory.
The outdoor terraces of restaurants and bars are set to open from 19 May 2021, with the number of people allowed to sit together at a table or in a group limited to a maximum of six. Restaurant indoor dining areas are also set to start opening for breakfast, lunch and dinner from that date.
Depending on the campsite, delivery to your accommodation may be possible in the evening, with a reduced menu.
Regarding the grocery stores, our campsites are trying to provide the bread and pastry service whenever possible. Please visit the grocery store on your own and take your own shopping bag. If possible, please go at less busy times and use contactless payment by bank card.
