  • How do you book on the Allcamps website?
  1. Choose your destination on the Homair website
  2. If this destination offers Allcamps accommodation that is of interest to you, then select it and add it to your cart as normal.
  3. You are then redirected to the Allcamps booking page
  4. .
  5. Select the options for your stay, then finalise your reservation by paying online via the Allcamps website.

After making your booking, you will be assigned an Allcamps specific account with a customer number to access your Allcamps customer area.


  • Do I enjoy the same protection regarding Covid-19 on Allcamps as on Homair ?

Just as with Homair, your reservation is protected from the health crisis. On any new booking, you will benefit from free cancellation and a guaranteed refund.

And if you book with the Allcamps Special Covid Guarantee, you also get:

  • The ability to amend your stay free of charge, from 28 up until 2 days prior to the start date of your stay.
  • A refund of any sums paid up to 1 day before your arrival at the campsite.

Travel restrictions associated with Covid-19 include: national/regional confinement measures, border closures, access to campsites completely prohibited, or mandatory self-isolation required upon arrival.


  • Do I enjoy the same commercial advantages on Allcamps as on Homair ?

  • What are the means of payment?

When you book on Allcamps, you can pay online by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. However, payments by bank cheque, ANCV, or Vacaf cheque are not accepted.
