On theroad to Santiago de Compostela, Cantabria is especially good for campers who enjoy hiking. And for history buffs; there is the Royal Palace of La Magdalena in Santander, themonastery of Santo Toribio de Liébana or El Capricho de Gaudí in Comillas.
This autonomous community, nestled in the heart of the Spanish countryside, offers camping families, couples and friends spectacular landscapes, with lots of sandy beaches co-existing in blissful harmony with natural parks like the Picos de Europa, which is ideal for adventure sports.
